Just kidding. I am happy to discuss any ideas that you may have and even come up with some ideas for you if you need guidance! If, for some reason, I cannot accomodate your request, I will do my best to advise you or direct you to someone else who might be able to.
What is your process like?
I am very open about my opinions, take them or leave them, and I welcome your honest comments in return. What I hope to gain from that is a mutual trust that we are both working to create the best product possible. I want to ensure you are 100% satisfied and that I have done everything in my abilities to get you to that point!
How far ahead do I have to book your services? When can I expect my design to be finished?
As early as possible is the simplest answer! But realistically, it depends a lot on the volume and complexity of the work in addition to the amount of work I currently have booked. If you are looking for one teaser or bookmark, I can generally get this back to you by two weeks time, give or take a few days in either direction. If you are looking for book covers or multiple designs, a month or more is always appreciated!

Sorry! I need these designs this week!
If I'm able, we can discuss a per design rush fee! Unfortunately, I cannot always make this available as there are a finite number of hours in the day and each and every design is important to me. I will make every effort to accomodate your timeline, but if I feel it will degrade the quality of any of my work, I will regretfully decline.

Do you purchase your stock images?
YES. All of my images and fonts sold as part of my designs are officially licensed and legally purchased. I reserve the right to reuse any such images/fonts for other designs, but never the finalized product. I, of course, will use my discretion as to not minimize the work custom designed for you.
If you would prefer to utilized your own purchased stock imagery or fonts, I am happy to do so! Please just let me know.
If you are providing me with images, you are asserting that you have license and full authorization to use and modify them.

What is your pricing like? And what payment do you accept?
I accept payment via Paypal. In cases where you must make Paypal payments via credit card, I may request that you cover any fees deducted on my end for Paypal service fees.
Below is my most recent pricing structure for basic digital graphics. For anything not listed, a more customized quote is required, so please contact me! Note, pricing is subject to change at any time. I will confirm all pricing quotes at the start which you must agree to prior to me starting work.
